Jim Kelly and James Sherlock's Tribute to Wes Montgomery: WES MONTGOMERY, arguably the greatest jazz guitarist ever, wrote many tunes that defined his style and sound. When asked if he practiced a lot Wes replied, 'no, I just open the case and throw in a bit of meat every now and again'. Both Jim and James are well known as stylistically different jazz guitarists but they sure do share common ground with their love for Wes.
